strap too loose

These shoes are beautiful however the strap is too loose so you can’t wear the shoe. I have to find a shoe repair shop to see if the strap can be fixed.

Brown Heels

The shoe is nice. The strap just isn’t tight enough around the back of the foot. Very comfortable shoe but I see I really want get much wear out of it due to the strap not having a good elastic band.
