Disappointed

Very disappointed in this shoe. I purchased Bearpaw because a friend highly recommended it. My Son loves the fit and the comfort but within a month the inside of the shoe broke and the material on the outside of the shoe ripped. I called customer service told them what happened, I sent back the shoes and a week or so later the shoes came back to me with a note that they had no record of my purchase. Called customer service again explained the situation and I am still waiting for my refund. I have never had a problem with a return before, hopefully it won't happen again. On a positive note, I also purchased a black pair of Bearpaw boots for my son and so far they are perfect. Maybe it was just that pair of shoes?.

Recommended boots

they run exactly right, if you want to put on thick socks you should take a bigger size, the boots are very warm

They run small!

Very disappointed with their sizing! These Bearpaw's look very comfy but they run at least a size smaller! I ordered size 12M for my son ( he wears 11.5 usually) and they are good for my husband who wears 10.5M but he doesn't wear this kind of boots. They have to go back...

Got these for my arthritic feet. Well made, comfortable, warm and reasonably priced.

Extremely impressed - highly recommend!

My husband loves them!!

I got these in the light color for my husband - he loves them. So warm and sooooo comfortable. Getting the black now. Do not hesitate to get them. They also look great.
