Not durable

I had my headphones around my neck and when i got inside i realized that the hook was missing from the right headphone. This makes it hard to keep the right side in my ear. It's not yet one year and its costly

Best earbuds for the working man

Bought a pair for my husband two christmases ago. They still work amazing but my daughter has started chewing on the buds so decided he needed a pair for Valentine’s Day. He loves them!!! Last pair i had lasted over two years and counting so I’m surprised people are complaining these are amazing to me best buy best price would def recommend and buy again

GOOD PRODUCT

My husband loves them! He wanted something that would stay in his ears while he worked, mowed, etc. These were exactly what he was looking for.

Pretty good but...

These are better than exercising with regular Bluetooth headphones because they are lightweight and stay put. However, they can be challenging to pair at times. The call quality isn’t that great If you are jogging and need to take an incoming call. I like that the case is soft but I don’t like that it doesn’t have a separate compartment for the charging cable. If you aren’t careful you can lose the cable taking the headphones out of the case because they both come out at the same time. The part that wraps around the ear is uncomfortable but I like that it has different sized earbuds which help.

They didn’t work right out of the box

Beats by Dre failed on every level with this product. First off, I ordered Yellow and got Orange (the box was labeled as yellow though). They didn’t include a power chord in the box, and after I bought a chord and charged it for 2 hours, I realized that they are just plain broken and won’t turn on. These were clearly used, returned, repackaged, and sold as brand new. I’d expect something like this to happen with some sketchy online retailer but not from Macy’s.

DO NOT BUY!

I purchased these earbuds and within weeks the sound became muffled. I had to return them for another pair at Macy's. Same thing happened a few weeks later. Definitely not worth the price.
