Love my new adjustable

I replaced an older adjustable with the new gold adjustable and I like it a lot. Feels very secure and comfortable I particularly like the zero option, happy with my new purchase.

Horrific Contractor Delivery and Installation

White Glove Delivery scheduled btw 12-2p. Rec'd call that truck had a flat, new time 330--430p. Didn't arrive until 8:55pm. Installers had no hand or shoe protection. They assembled bed fairly quickly, using no tools, just screwed in 4 leg posts, one of whom was talking in his cell most of the time. Bed wss plugged in and one handed me a bag of "extra parts." I questioned that because it seemed odd and they repeated they were extra. Mattress was placed on bed with linens. In attempting to enter bed, bed slides apart in 2 pieces, right in the middle. Two sharp pieces of metal, like hooks appear underneath. Searched for install instructions online, turns out they should've installed 2 brackets and 2 additional legs. Which mesns the 4 installed were above the recommended height. We had no bed to sleep in and a broken frame sitting in the middle of the room at 11pm on a Saturday night, of course customer service closed at 10p.
