Solid frame, gobsmackingly awful remote

Bed was delivered and set up in a reasonable manner and works fine (though oddly, no manual or info re finding a manual was offered, and I forgot to ask the delivery people before they left). The real-life *usability* of the frame, however, is pretty bad. - There's no smartphone app or Assistant integration or FindMy compatibility or on-frame controls, so if you misplace the remote or it breaks, your bed is frozen in its position. - The remote was designed by people who hate people. It lights up only *after* you press a button, and then only for a split second. There's also no way to select a button by feel in the dark (you know, when you're in bed and the lights are out); no ridges, nubs, anything along those lines. Compare this against, say, the Bedjet remote which comes with a unit just a fraction of the price of this expensive bedframe. It lights up the second you pick up the remote and remains backlit for a reasonable amount of time. For such a pricey bedframe, it's just stunning that more thought wasn't put into using it in one of the core use cases (want to adjust the position or turn on the under-bed light in the middle of the night).

Easy setup and operation. Exceptionally comfy!

Bed very comfortable and really enjoy the massage and able to raise head and feet. A Gift from my wonderful children.

Easy to use

Love the base. Especially since you can adjust the floor height. I also like that you can save your favorite position. Really love the Zero Gravity feature. Helps so much with my back.

My first experience on this type of bed and find it very nice. Silence, soft, strong and other features. Under bed led lights, usb ports for charging cel. Great
