So when it says dual massage it doesn't mean you have an option for left and right head and foot. You only have the option for head and foot so both sides of the kingbed vibrate. There's a speaker installed but it only plays horrible sounds like an untuned radio, no Bluetooth, no option to add real white noise. There's memory preset but only one, so you can't have more than one memory preset pretty wasteful. The remote is totally dumb there's an LED screen but it doesn't do anything. There is no app that I can find so I have to hang on to an extra thing in my bed in addition to my phone.

Ordered a mattress & platinum adjustable base, & received an adjustable base as a free gift. I scheduled delivery on Saturday to avoid taking off work. I received a confirmation call Thursday confirming delivery between 9:15-11:15 AM Saturday. On Saturday morning I received a text message saying my delivery was scheduled for today. After holding myself hostage for 6 hours & speaking with 3 different customer service “supervisors,” I learned that the mattress was not in stock and therefore not on the delivery truck, they did not put the platinum adjustable base on the truck, & once they realized the only item on the truck was the free base, they canceled the delivery without telling me. This customer service experience has been the worst I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor, call Mattress Firm. They price matched, included the free base, scheduled delivery within 72 hours, & have a personal sales representative located in the U.S. (not overseas like all of Macy’s customer service reps).
