We bought this mattress after testing it in store once we received the bed it was ok the first few months maybe 2-3 months then th bed began dipping in where my husband and I I both sleep neither of us are heavy people. We have horrible severe body pains when we wake up daily. We have went to doctor X-rays MRI and we have went and slept in our teen sons bed for a week NO body pains then we went to visit my grandma 2 week she got a new bed we woke up pain free every morning. She order this same bed previously within 2 months she sent it back it was awful my aunt purchased the same bed from Macys her dipped in she has to get rid of it after 3 months it was beyond terrible. We paid a lot for a bed that we are in so much pain and it’s completely dipped in both sides. I recommend go to a real bed store and buy a bed we have learned Macys beds don’t compare to actually mattress stores. Macy said onlh 120 warranty but I was told 10 years. Buy elsewhere 3 family members lost out on this bed

From what you are describing it sounds like there could be a support issue with the mattress, please ensure that the frame that is being used provides adequate support for the mattress or it could lead to the issues you are speaking of. If you need to file a warranty, the mattress is covered for 10 years, but you need to initiate a warranty claim with your original store. Our best advice will be to reach back out to your original store and request to file a warranty claim. More than likely the 120 days is the return/exchange period, not the warranty period. Perfect Back Support with amazing soft surface
I bought this mattress in 2020 and I have to say is the BEST mattress I have ever sleep in. It provides the perfect support for your back and at the same time is soft and ideal for side sleepers and I am. Now I understand why some luxury hotels use to carry this brand. It is perfect!

This mattress scored near the bottom of the ratings in a leading consumer magazine and now I know why. The mattress floor sample we tried in the store was the most comfortable we have ever tried. The mattress received was hard as a rock. At the 60 day mark the mattress had softened somewhat, but still bore little resemblance to the store sample. There was also an uncomfortable ridge formed between my wife and me. We returned the mattress, however this uncomfortable experience ended up costing us significant amount of money.

Do not buy, bad mattress
If I could give this mattress and Macy's no stars I would. I bought this mattress (king) in October (& received & started using in November) of 2021, so I have had this mattress for less than 1.5yrs and it seems like the coils have broken. Where I sleep there is already a 3/4 in. permanent depression and when you put pressure on that general area versus the area where I was not sleeping it goes way further down. It is literally like rolling up a small hill at night if I move spots. I called Macy's customer service and their representative literally didn't touch the mattress or try to understand the problems (not his fault, what he was told to do), he only measured the indentation. I got a call an hour later from Macy's saying that because the indentation was less than 1.5 inches they considered it normal wear and tear. I spent an huge amount of money on this mattress and I will not buy from Macy's again - this shouldn't happen to a mattress at all let only in less than 1.5 years.

There is a reason that the only positive reviews here are from those who received a PROMOTION. Horrible mattress. I would never recommend this. I wake up in tears. It feels like a cheap hotel mattress but with a heavy price tag. The mattress, like other reviewers have said, is saggy in spots. When my husband gets up you can see the indentations. The sides of the mattress collapse just from leaning against it. It's a nightmare! It needs more support for both back and side sleepers. We toss and turn trying to find a supportive place on the mattress. Like another reviewer said, after you lie on the mattress it will be soft in that area and firm in other spots. I would rather sleep on the couch for my "beauty" sleep than this Beautyrest C-Class. Note to self: read the reviews before you buy!
