Not as expected and paid for

Have had a rough experience with this King mattress. I have alway bought BeautyRest. The price was high, but I was will to pay. It is poorly made 72" inches long, so short that the pillow falls in behind. There are two depressions on either side. I think the inside is made of straw, instead of plush. I am filing the second complaint for a cust. rep to come and look at it. The mattress is in a second home, and rarely used. Very disappointed customer. TR, SC.

Worst most expensive mattress we have EVER had!

We have indentations where my husband and I sleep. We move the mattress around every 2 weeks to a month and this still happened. Given the price you pay for this mattress you would think it would last over 6 months.
