Mattress is Heavenly
The King sz Beautyrest Series 4 Plush Summit Pillow Top is Heavenly! Love it! But delivery was rough! Deliverers Needed to have support to move & manage better, became a glob without form trying to move, not good. Took plastic off & was torn at the seem & they had to replace, 2nd one was fine. Feels PURRFECTION Perfect!

Purchased the King Ultra Plush. Mattress was delivered on 06/06/2026, immediately I noticed a mound in the center, as if there was a person inside the mattress. The people that delivered said it will settle, that is normal. Had the worst sleep I've ever had that night, woke up the next morning in pain, definitely not the plush I expected, and I am not sure if this is due to receiving a damaged mattress. Called Macys, told them about it, they said I need to have an inspection in order to replace it, if not I have to return it and pay restocking fees. Inspection was done on 06/10, was told I would get a call from Macys immediately for a replacement, inspector mentioned that this was the worse mattress he has ever seen. It is 06/11 - still no contact from Macys, called them yesterday, again today, and they just say they are waiting on information. I regret this purchase, will likely return it, eat the restocking fees, and go shop with a competitor with an different brand.

By far the most comfortable mattess I've ever owned. I can't recommend this anymore if you like plush pillow top. Highly recommended and totally worth the price

While laying on top of this mattress in the department store I said to myself that there's no way of me owning such one bc of it's such excellent and amazing feels of such comfort and everything around that, until today as I do now. And so grateful! Such an amazing product everyone needs to own within their household!!
