We are sorry to hear that the mattress is not providing you with the experience you are looking for. Please keep in mind that there is an initial break-in period of 2-8 weeks, and during that time your body will be getting used to the new mattress materials. If the feel of the mattress has not improved, it may be best to return or exchange the mattress. If you are still within your original retailer's return or exchange period we recommend reaching out to them to see if you still can do so. We hope this helps!
