Makes this beauty rest well!

This black series 3 medium pillow top felt amazing in the store and feels even better in my bedroom. Though it's heavy it has handles. Has made my bed really high but it kinda feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud anyway. Only 3 days in but I'm loving it.

Falling out of bed

I feel like I am falling out of bed every night because the mattress slopes down significantly. The mattress inspector came twice and said there is a. significant slope. I have asked for a replacement but have been denied two times.

If a warranty claim has been filed and it has been determined that the mattress is suffering from a warranty issue, your original retailer should be able to access those inspection reports from the inspector. If your mattress is found to be defective it should be replaced during the warranty period as long as the mattress has a valid warranty on it. We hope this helps!
