Sag in two weeks. Sounds like a plastic bag very loud

Not sure if this sag was there when they delivered it but we just changed sheets 2 weeks after getting the mattress ac there is a noticeable sag where we dont even sleep... at the end of the bed. If you sit there it is very noticeable. Also the bed is VERY loud. I'm not sure if that is supposed to break in but it sounds like someone wringing a plastic bag. We've slept on the bed maybe 10 times. Will be calling to exchange in the morning.
