Not Comfy

After sleeping on the bed 1 night, my hips were in terrible pain. I returned the bed within the week. Now customer service is saying they don't have it. Seems the delivery men either took the bed for themselves, or Macys has poor inventory updates from their customers. I'd like my refund, you have the bed. Don't purchase here.
