Uncomfortable and sags
I purchased this mattress 2-years ago and it started to wear out at about 1-year in. The side where I sit/sleep is indented/sagging and when I rotated the mattress the same thing happened on the opposite side. Additionally the mattress does not provide a very comfortable rest. I called Macy's and they are sending someone out to inspect the mattress and we'll see what happens next. I will update my review following the inspection.

Do not buy
You can feel the innersprings poking into your pressure points. There is not enough padding between your body and the springs. Another problem is the squeaking of the springs when you move around in the bed. That is one of the major drawbacks of making purchase from internet and the 30 day return policy. I would not have made this purchase if I had tried it out first.
