We bought this mattress last November and it is already breaking down. There are large dips where my wife and I sleep. We expected a mattress to last longer than a year.

Lumpy and dips in it
The mattress loses its firmness and gets a dip a large hole in places where you lay and sleep at night

It was very comfortable
I’m disabled so I look for mattress that help with my issues.This one was great however after about five months it was quite lumpy and now my mattress has collapsed on me while my helper eas dressing me,luckily I wasn’t hurt but it was extremely disappointing because I’m due for surgery soon and I’m not sure what I can do for now because I can’t sleep in my bed
