I just received this mattress and have NOT slept on it yet, but I cannot imagine a scenario where it softens up enough to be considered PLUSH. We shall see. And it has a lift on the right bottom side. Believing it will straighten out once on platform for a while. It’s a great price….probably too good to be true. But hoping for the perfect guest room bed once it shapes up!

I have had my king mattress set since June 2023 and It is sinking in.

Settles to your body too quickly, have to keep moving around to ensure it doesnt dent in on one side after only having it 60 days

This has given me some of the best sleep I have had in years.

Mattress provides support as well as comfort. As described.

i gave this mattress a try and i totally regret it. It sagging and I have rotated the mattress to see if that makes a difference and it just didn’t work. I thought it was a manufactured issue, Macy sent a company out the said the bed was fine. this is the worst mattress ever

The mattress is tall with so many soft layers. It's not as heavy as I thought it would be for how cushiony it is! I would no doubt purchase again!

This mattress is like sleeping on cotton and I need to return it. The first time I slept on it was March 15. I am totally disappointed and displeased with this product. What is the protocol for this product that was never seen prior to purchase? It is horrible!
