The mattress is not as firm as my sister in laws, she purchased the same mattress. Shouldn’t they be the same?

It's a wonderful mattress that supports my body well. I sleep like a baby. I don't have the aches and pains like I had from my old one.

I've had Beautyrest mattress for over 20 years. So I naturally went to buy another one. But I'm disappointed by this one. I ordered medium firm and it's doesn't feel like what I experienced in the store. My Back pain isn't getting any better. I don't feel this mattress supports any part of my body. Very sad with this purchase.

The mattress is very comfortable. The box spring came with some loose stitching around the top where the cover fabric meets the underneath fabric. When I slipped the edges of the top flatsheet, the stitching caught onto my nail and pulled out very easily. Now I have to be careful every time I dress the mattress since the rest of the stitching is loose now.

I haven’t had my mattress more than 30 days, but so far so good. It’s a cross between plush & firm. Good for those who struggle with back pain.

Good quality, comfortable and reasonably priced

Family members seem to like it alot. Very comfortable.

I thought it would be softer but it a very hard mattress. Not thrilled with it.
