Warranty does not guarantee anything

Do not trust the 10 year warranty! I had an inspector coming because the mattress was 7 years old and it completely sunk in the center. Of course the inspector does not lie down on your bed and their conclusion was that it did not qualify for the warranty. Shame !

Hi there, we are sorry to hear that your warranty claim was denied. Typically for a claim to be verified there need to be 1.5 inch body impressions that are visible without any weights on the mattress to verify the defect. We recommend keeping an eye on the issues you are talking about and if it continues to worsen and you file a new claim, if it is approved a new mattress will be sent out.
