Mattress sides sag

Both sides of the mattress have broken down just six months after purchase. We both have struggle to keep from rolling off the side.

MACY'S IS THE PLACE TO SHOP.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT AND I GOT THE PRODUCT THAT I WANTED. I HAVEN'T HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO USE IT YET BUT I THINK THAT MY EXPECTATIONS WILL BE MET.

Stinks

This mattress stinks of foam gas and Gardner-White won’t do anything about it, my battle has been going on for over 2 months and three inspections, when will someone listen, so frustrating.

Yeah good luck getting BeautyRest or any other mattress manufacturer to do anything to help. They can't because everything they sell is cheap junk, and they know it. My brother had an over $2,000 BeautyRest that was sagging, foamy garbage. And they knew it the day they sold it to him. You're paying for marketing, nothing more. The bed might as well be made of metal and particle board. It's garbage.

Terrible

I would not recommend the Beautyrest Harmony Plush . Have not had a good sleep in a week . If you have sciatica it will put pressure on the nerve.

DO NOT BUY

I purchased this mattress after visiting the store. I would not recommend this mattress because it’s like sleeping on an angle, you wake up with back & neck pain from sinking in the mattress. there is a hump in the middle because you can’t roll, you sink. I went to the store to see if there was something else to get and the sales person was so rude and was walking away talking while I was asking questions about purchasing a new mattress. I am returning and going elsewhere

We would recommend possibly looking into a Plush or Medium feel mattress in the future as those mattresses will have more support than the Ultra Plush Emerald Bay with a Pillowtop which has more of a sinking feeling. not what I expected

I purchased this mattress after trying it out in the store, when it arrived at my house it was not the same as the store. it sinks and creates a hump in the middle can not be used with the adjustable base makes the bed warped. I’m returning this mattress. Worst mattress I have ever bought.

sink hole

I wanted to love this mattress! it feels great in the store and on day 1-2 after it’s delivered but then with each night the mattress sinks a little more each day and within 7 days your sleeping in a sink hole. Macy’s customer service is great and replaced the mattress but my replacement had the exact same issue. Now I’m upset that I just didn’t do a full refund. I guess the great sale price on this mattress was a deciding factor to get a replacement as it also came with a free adjustable base. Now I regret this purchase because I will have to call customer service once again. Not Macy fault but maybe they should get rid of this model and brand!

Ultra Plush but not really

The mattress is Ultra Plush but is still really hard. No softness at all.
