Mattress sides sag

Both sides of the mattress have broken down just six months after purchase. We both have struggle to keep from rolling off the side.

Stinks

This mattress stinks of foam gas and Gardner-White won’t do anything about it, my battle has been going on for over 2 months and three inspections, when will someone listen, so frustrating.

Usually, this does go away within a few days of being in a well-ventilated area however depending on the sleeper and the sensitivity to smell the sleeper is it may vary. Yeah good luck getting BeautyRest or any other mattress manufacturer to do anything to help. They can't because everything they sell is cheap junk, and they know it. My brother had an over $2,000 BeautyRest that was sagging, foamy garbage. And they knew it the day they sold it to him. You're paying for marketing, nothing more. The bed might as well be made of metal and particle board. It's garbage.

Terrible

I would not recommend the Beautyrest Harmony Plush . Have not had a good sleep in a week . If you have sciatica it will put pressure on the nerve.

Received mattress in Oct. 2022. Within three months there was a noticeable dip in the middle. I weigh 138 lb. Will never buy another Beautyrest.

In general, Macy's handles warranty claims directly for its Beautyrest customers. We suggest reaching out to the store where you purchased to request that a claim be started.

Cheap mattress with padding faux ultra plush

Very uncomfortable it feels like a cheap mattress with padding made to appear like ultra plush. Plush lasts for 30 minutes and then you are sleeping on a firm cheap mattress. Returning it but I have to pay restocking fee. Very disappointed

It’s tops in my book!

Everything about this mattress is exceptional! The mattress soft top but with firm support underneath makes the whole bed feel comfortable no matter how you roll. It’s a queen so there’s plenty of space for my six foot frame. My hope is that this will serve me well for years. If you are looking for quality, comfort, and very competitive pricing, look no further.

sagin , defective , hot sweaty mess !

this mattress was a floor model and made on 02/21 according to the tag. I bought it on 9/18/21 now 10/18/21 I regret this purchase. the middle third is supposed to have extra support for the heaviest portion of your body. which is completely UNTRUE ! the middle third of this bed is the least supportive. the bed also has a sag of 1 -1.5 inches in the middle section of the "most supportive" part of the bed. I FEEL this bed was defective when made. then sent to be a floor model. I asked if it was a return or defective. I was told NO by Staci who said she was the mattress area Mrg. Still waiting for a callback and or text back from the HILDALE Madison WI location. FYI: if you want to feel like a covenant store hot dog all sweaty and hot rolling around for hours. this bed is for you. a cooling gel layer, I think not ! never again will i buy anything from Macys. 20 yrs customer, done!
