    PAID REVIEWS!

    WHY are all the reviews based on PAID promotions? WHAT is Beautyrest afraid of? Macy's should NOT allow this practice to be on their site. HOW can we trust you? I ordered a Beautyrest Black mattress 6 years ago. I paid a LOT of money for it & it has sagged terribly in my sleep spots. I sleep alone, not overweight & change sleeping sides on my king mattress every 3 months. NO excuse for this to happen on a top of the line black mattress.

    Don’t like the way my back feels after walking up

    I received my mattress 2 days ago on July 29th 2022. I am not satisfied with this purchase. My first night sleeping on this bed with my husband was terrible. The middle felt like it was caving in and my back and neck was hurting. I thought maybe I was over reacting but the second night the same exact thing happened I felt like the middle was sinking in and when I tried to move around I felt stuck in the middle it was hard for me to get up out of the bed. After spending that amount of money and reading the reviews I thought this would be the perfect mattress. I decided to call Customer service on Sunday July 31st 2022 and they are telling me an inspector has to come out to inspect the mattress and the next appointment is three weeks from today on August 19 the 2022 and based on the inspector findings I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee If I wanted to replace the mattress. I am so disappointed with this purchase.
