Firm but not hard

I bought this to replace an old mattress. The new one is firm, as I needed but not hard. It provides support but is comfortable.

Lumps and valleys

Bad news. Been sleeping on it for just 6 weeks and there are lumps and valleys! The lumps actually began to show the 1st week! Can you imagine how it will be in a few months. I've had their representative come out to check and am waiting for results. Something is very wrong with this mattress.

Took a long time to learn about delivery issues

Jose was wonderful, so patient, but even though I wanted this purchase badly, he was finally informed that delivery would be between 6-8 weeks out, waiting for shipment of the box spring... Unfortunately I had to cancel, and start all over with a mattress and box spring that was available for delivery in two weeks.
