I bought two of these and one of them after 11 months is not supporting at all anymore. Macy sends someone out to look at my concerns. The guy that came said that he could see the problem. I received an email from Macy saying that it was up to manufacture standards so they could not do anything from me. Now I have one good mattress and one that you roll off because it is not supporting correctly. I would say this mattress is good but since the other one is not good; I cannot give it 5 stars. If Macy would have taken care of the issue, I could give it a 5-star review.

NOT Written as part of a promotion!

This mattress is not at all comfortable! We got these for the guest room and cannot with good conscience submit our guest to sleeping on them. And if they get to close to the edge, they'll be sleeping on the floor! No support to this mattress. The mattress does not feel like there is any support. It feels like you're on an empty padded frame.
