Sinks at least 4-6 inches

I suffered back pain because the mattress sank by at least 4 inches. I would go to sleep at night feeling good, only to wake up at night because my mid section was sunk and I couldn't roll over. I called Macys Customer Service and told them the mattress is defective. they sent a technician to come and inspect it but the technician said the mattress was not defective. Just a terrible waste of my time and money.

Sinking In

I ordered this mattress and it arrived almost 6 months after order. I was not happy with it so my husband purchased toppers. I removed the topper & realize the mattress is completely sinking in. My back hurts and I don’t even have back problems. It’s a struggle to climb out of the parts that are sinking in. Already, I plan to purchase another mattress because I’ve been sleeping in the guest room to avoid this mattress. I am completely appalled a mattress can be so awful.

UPDATE

Additional info to my previous review: I notice that everyone in the last several months that purchased this mattress has given it a 1. When I purchased it, only "Incentivized Reviewers" had rated it a 5. Something is definitely wrong with this mattress!
