DON’T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS JUNK
This mattress was okay at first! A little too firm, and soft in the wrong ways. I read all of the good reviews before buying and thought I found a great mattress to last at least a *few* years. However, not even a year later, I noticed the side of the bed that I normally lay on is almost completely deflated, and deeply lopsided (for reference, I’m 5’7 & 180lbs). I’m literally propping my body up with pillows at night to keep from rolling off of it. I was mortified to have to explain to someone after they saw it, that it wasn’t a “cruddy old mattress”, that it was less than a year old!! I am so sick to my stomach to know I’m going to have to shell out more $$$$ to have to replace it - a year later.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. This does not sound normal for this mattress. While it is designed to be on the softer side, it should not be behaving in the way that you described. Our best advice would be to reach out to your original store directly and try to file a warranty claim. Please contact Macy's and they should be able to provide you with the next steps. A month ago I would have said 5 stars, now 1
This bed was perfect the first few weeks, then it began sagging. By 6 weeks it was like sleeping in a bowl and my back was killing me. I flipped the mattress and got the original comfort, but the other side is still sagging. I'm so disappointed as my last Beautyrest mattress lasted me over 20 years.

It's been 5 month since I've purchased this bed and it's been getting softer and softer by the month. the first month seemed ok - i thought maybe i had to break into the bed but I've been waking up to back pains. Not sure what I can do now since it probably passed the return date. I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for comfortable long lasting bed.

Terrible
Like other recent reviews, it's only been 3 months and my bed is already sagging. I sleep on my own and I'm only 125 pounds. I expect mattress with much better quality with this cost.

Money Lost
I expected the mattress to last longer than 5 months for the money spent. I weigh 122 and it is sagging. Zero support left. I had no confidence in it from the first week but thought I had to break it in. Well it's broke. Now my only option is to purchase a new mattress. Don't buy

horrible just horrible
this mattress sucks it sinks like a really wore out chair I regret buying this crap and can't change it anytime soon

Sinking mattress
We got this mattress in July, and didn’t pass 2 Months and we are sinking, you feel like sleeping in a hole; my Husband suffers horrible back pain that are getting worse with this mattress, the same like me, definitely I don’t recommend this Mattress at all.
