Beautyrest Harmony Maui Plush Pillow Top

The Harmony Maui Plush Pillow Top is not plush or even medium. The one I received is a very firm mattress with a soft pillow top added, yet still has started sagging in 3 weeks. Be careful ordering online as you never know what you’ll actually get and Macy’s has a hefty return penalty plus a pick up fee regardless of reason.

We are sorry to hear that the mattress is not providing you with the comfort you are looking for. One thing to keep in mind is that during the first 2-4 weeks of having the mattress, it will feel a bit firmer than it will after its initial break-in period. If you are still within your original retailer's return or exchange period we recommend reaching out to them to see if you still can do so, so you can swap to a mattress that can meet your sleep needs better. We also think that in the event you are choosing to keep your mattress, filing a warranty claim for the sagging you are experiencing is a great idea as well.
