BAD PRODUCT

Terrible Wear, Uneven after 3 months, gave it time and than called Macy's, An inspectored came out confirmed the it was not wearing evenly but gave the report to Macy's. The only offered 35% refund , we are stuck with this POS!

Dont recommend!

Just had a baby March 10 and needed a new mattress and found this one on sale. When we first received the mattress we were very happy. Nice And firm. We thought we would sleep well for years to come. However, after 3 months started noticing a dip in the mattress. Now, I don’t sleep well and have back pain again. I’ve bought cheaper mattresses in the past that lasted longer than this one. We bought this mattress in March and looked online at the return policy early September and Macy’s site said return eligible up to 4 months. Now looking at the site today to give review, shows 120 days- 6 months. Now I’m even more upset because of the conflicting info and I could have actually returned it. Calling today anyway!
