Not holding up

The bed did not hold up where I sleep is breaking down bad. I weigh about 208 my wife is 110 she says it feels like sheiks falling into a hole. Now have to get new bed. I have bad back and it’s getting worse when I sleep in that bed. We have another house and have beauty rest and I sleep great no pain. Not sure if you could help me
