Disappointed

I baught this firm mattress, this is not firm, this is plush. I sink on it almost 10 inches, on the center is horrible. I think Macy’s sells returned mattresses again. I planed to return this mattress and buy another brand,however I am not sure how would be that one.

Perfect King Mattress!

This is the first time I own a king mattress. My boyfriend and I wanted something firm, but not too firm - that's what this bed is! The pillowtop cushion helped with just right amount of firmness. Didn't know why we had to suffer with an old mattress before purchasing this. Macy's also has a wonderful delivery service and two men who came here were very professional.

Great mattress. Replaced an older BeautyRest

This mattress is awesome. I had an original BeautyRest Do Not Disturb mattress that was 20 years old and was showing wear and tear despite being a fabulous investment. My first purchase was through a luxury online-only retailer with a 90 day trial. The mattress was just too soft for my husband and I and I could feel him rolling over at night which woke me up. This mattress is very much like my original. We swapped it and are so happy with it. Great purchase. Highly recommend!

Great Purchase!

I've always enjoyed the luxurious feeling of a plush mattress, but due to recent back issues, decided to look for something that provided more support. This mattress is exactly what I needed! The bed is definitely firm, but the pillow top still provides enough cushion to feel a bit lush. I've been sleeping on it for a couple of weeks now, and am finally getting a good night's sleep again, and my back is feeling much better in the morning!

Not Firm!!

If you are looking fir support, this mattress is NOT for you! the pillow top feels like a deflated balloon from the moment it was delivered. Your body literally sinks into it. Its terrible! Can not be distinguished from a plush! Heed this warning and NEVER buy a mattress without physically sitting on it first!! Do not buy. Very disappointing! Not as all as described.
