Very disappointed

We’ve had this mattress for 3 months and we absolutely hate it. My husband and I have started sleeping in a different room just to avoid this mattress. Unfortunately I thought my body was adjusting and didn’t consider returning it until it was too late to return it. We’ve tried a thick mattress top but it still didn’t help. I love sleeping on the floor so its firmness is not the issue but our bodies absolutely hate it.

NO COMMUNICATION ABOUT BED DELIVERY

So its "delivery day" and i havent heard from anyone automated or otherwise about my bed thats suppose to arrive today. This is not how you do business. Is the bed coming or NOT!!!!!!!!?????????? if not cancell my order and ill do my buisness elsewhere.. Do better Macys!!!!!
