0/10 don't waste your time and money

0/10 experience. After 18 months the mattress started becoming defective with a crater that formed in the middle of it. We followed instructions to balance it perfectly, and this still happened. We asked Macy's to come inspect it ans the inspector told us the mattress was defective. Macy's didn't even contact us. We contacted them and they told us there was nothing they could do, even though we followed all their instructions. We will never buy a mattress from macys again.
