Great Dress- One Major Flaw

The dress great. I love everything about it -Except how the fabric/print comes together at the waistline. Since the dress is a Junior Size, I ordered a medium instead of small. My typical women's size is 4 and the medium in this dress fit like a glove. Unfortunately, the weird fabric match at the waist is a focal point, so I am sending it back. Could be this was a mistake made on this one dress.
