Nice dress but runs Small

I had high hope for this dress, but it run too small to allow me to zipper up after ordering my regular size. Suggest ordering size up. Also disappointed in the side arm ban which was too loose on my arm and flopped around too much. Would have preferred to be tighter to the arm. Also this side arm ban was way too wide. A smaller ban would have been a better look. The faux leather material was also so-so and not too shiney. Suggestions to size up and if this arm ban is too loose, that you have it tailored to be tighter... Unfortunately I don't want to do that and returned
