Very Disappointed

I don't usually give reviews, but I want to for Jump Design Group/ Bene at Macy's Marketplace. I recently purchased this dress from Macy's online marketplace from Jump Design Group, and I was disappointed to learn that the Jump Design Group company's return policy only allows for returns of items within 30 days. I was not able to return within 30 days due to personal reasons. This is frustrating as I now have a dress that doesn’t fit and I can't use, and I cannot receive a refund or Macy’s store credit even after going back to the store and talking to the online customer service multiple times. Jump Design Group denied my return, and Macy's couldn't assist. Disappointed in Macy's lack of customer service. I'm never going to use it again.
