so bad

I was so disappointed when the headboard came. The website said it was linen. NOT...It was plastic or vinyl ....Really ugly...looked so cheap and poorly made. It took almost 2 months of calling to get it sent back and a refund issued. Don't order anything from this 3rd party seller...you will be so disappointed.

Damaged

Item was delivered to my front porch damaged and it is a large item. I am now expected to find a way to transport it to a UPS drop off .

Fabulous bed

Beautiful well crafted and very sturdy. Lots of storage bins underneath and a wonderful bed! My husband put it together in a reasonable amount of time and we found it to be well constructed. It matches my daughter‘s other white furniture perfectly and looks very glamorous in her room.

Update

Im updating my previous review. I called Macy’s, I had a very help employee guide me through. The bed frame description definitely does not match what we are ordering. It's supposed to be of cloth, and it also states lights in the description?? Nonetheless, after speaking with manufacturer, we came to a decent decision as to where i was able to keep the bed frame and got an additional discount for inconvenience... it was stressful but worth it. I see they have not updated the confusion yet.. Happy Shopping everyone, Thank You Macy’s agent and to Trinity International for working with me!
