Disappointed.

It is my second one and it lasted about a year. If there is not enough water in it the kettle kicks out and will never work again.

Not sure what I was expecting when I ordered this, but this is definitely a lot heavier than my older one(not ceramic). I do like the spout, that is a big plus. I have only had it for 1 day and boiled 3 pitchers of water in it, so far so good.

Leaks water

If you don’t empty excess water it leaks all over the counter. It’s also very heavy

Reluctant

I bought this kettle to replace the Bella Electric kettle I had for 5 years, one of the pieces of the plug stayed in the outlet when I unplugged it. Bella was called and I was told they had never heard of this happening before. They were not willing to help me. I bought this on 12-12-18 because it was on sale at Christmas time and the cover has already cracked and ceramic pieces came off and went into the kettle. I am hesitant to reach out to Bella but I am looking for a replacement or a refund. The cover should not have broken after 4 months of use.

bought this kettle on sale over 5 years. love it...looks great on my counter top. little heavy when full to the max. Also both one for my sister and she loves it. very good purchased.

I love this kettle. But not the lid handle!

I first bought my oldest daughter one for her bridal shower gift. Then my Cousin bought me one for my birthday. Within three weeks my younger daughter broke the handle off of the kettle! I went on their website to see if I could have the lid replaced and sure enough this company is ready to help with the broken handles. I saw a lot of reviews about other folks breaking their handles too! Other than that, the kettle is beautiful on my counter. In my opinion this hydrangea design is the prettiest one they make!
