Beautiful but to small

Beautiful skirt. I ordered a large, my normal size, I couldn’t pull over my hips. It looks like a small but label says large. I then looked at this manufacturers sizing chart, this company’s chart is different (sizes are smaller) than many other manufacturers charts. Length would have been fine if fit. I’m 5’7”.
