Damaged item

I love the pendant however, the chain arrived broken in the mail. I tried to reach out to customer service but they won't replace the chain, even though nothing is wrong with the pendant. Outside of that it is a beautiful necklace but highly disappointed with macy.

Perfect for my wedding
