So Pretty But has Issues...

This necklace is very pretty but it has one major flaw in its manufacturing. After I spent 15 minutes untangling the very delicate chain, I picked it up and the pendant fell right off, so easily. The clasp is not large enough to keep the pendant safely on the chain. I am not going to pay this much money only to risk losing the pendant every time I take it off or on. Otherwise, it's beautiful.
