Very disappointed

I ordered these earrings on October 24 2024. It is now November 21 and I have yet to receive my order. I’ve been calling macys customer service for weeks now. These were suppose to be a special birthday gift. How stupid do I look now. Still waiting to receive these earrings. Now they gave me a new delivery date of November 27 let’s see if they ever arrive. Shame on macys!!!!
