Sent wrong item and returns are a pain

They didn't send me the correct robe and when I went to Macy's to return it (after requesting a return online), the store clerk couldn't find the UPC and told me to call the 1-800 number to get a fed ex code to send it back to the seller. WAY too much hassle for a generic, cheaply made robe.
