the cheapest quality

I bought a set and on my first trip one of the wheels broke in one of the suitcases. I contacted the maker as indicated by Macys. However, they would do nothing unless it’s been 30 days after the purchase. Do no waste your money with this cheap brand

I love this luggage! It is lightweight, very easy to maneuver, and it is very easy to spot in baggage claim!!!

Macy's won't take return. BAD PURCHASE

I bought this suitcase two months ago and I am using it today for the first time for international travel. 2 large suitcases's wheels do not operate smoothly; they drag. I called Macy's for return, I was told it is over a month and their policy doesn't allow exchange after a month. Now I am stuck with this junky suitcases. I called Ben Sherman for the Issue and they gave me their warranty (3rd party) email to contact them... Please DO NOT BUY THEM, specially from Macys because of their return policy.Please see pictures, they ruined our wood floor.

Lightweight bag setwith excellent spinner wheels!

I had quality luggage but I travel for business a lot and needed an upgrade. I purchased the set of three bags in red and am super happy with them. Lightweight, sturdy and smooth 4 spinners are the best I’ve ever had. Smooth zipper compartments to keep things tidy and expanding options on all three bags. Love them!
