Runs small and short

Item was received quickly. The description says "oversize", but it is not only NOT oversize, it runs small and MUCH smaller than it appears on the model. Very disappointed.

Items from third party seller

I purchased two items February 1st and UPS tracking still states item not received. I called Macy customer service to follow up and for a price adjustment since the items are now on sale however the agent informed me since the sweater is from a third party from market place they can not do a price adjustment and I would need to wait until the order is received to return the items and place another order to get the sales price. It should state on the website when items being purchased through Macys is from a third party seller.

Do NOT buy this brand "BENCH"

I still have not received my merchandise even though I paid expedited shipping. This is a "third party" brand. It will be about 14 days by the time I receive it, IF I ever do (tracking is all over the place). Do not buy the brand BENCH. Macy's will not help you. They will only tell you it's a "third party" retailer, so you're basically left with whenever BENCH decides to ship it or if they do.
