It was great until it wasn't

I used the Precisely, My Brow Pencil for less than a week and went to twist for more product and there was nothing. Absolutely no product in the pencil/ pencil lid,Where did it go? Nothing to be found was broken off and sitting on the counter. This product was a complete disappointment and must be a defect. I have a mini I have used for a year without problem and it hasn't runout.
