fragile drawers

The mirror and nitestand came out of box chipped so the guys put back on truck, and I reordered. 2 hours later I discover there is chip on the chest back side and one of drawers never did open and close easily so the delivery guy say in time it will get better so he showed me how to remove the drawer and I did later because the opening and closing became more difficult and there was a piece of tape stuck at bottom of drawer that is why it didn't close properly. I wish the guy would have remove the drawer before he left because I would have had him to take the chest back as well, tried to put drawer back on the glides and the left glide broke to pieces so I called and told Macy's and they reorder another chest for me as well. I'm not sure if I even want replacements because the drawers are very flimsy and iffy and I cannot honestly see it lasting a long time. The glides are of plastic and metal the the piece that stops it at a certain point is plastic. Beautiful furniture - cheap made.
