Manufacturer doesnt stand behind this product

I liked this French press. I liked the aesthetics, and it worked well. However... it’s inevitable that the glass carafes break at some point. I had it for 6 months before it got knocked off my counter and broke. And I have been unable to find a replacement. It’s just slightly too small for a 34 oz carafe, or even a hard-to-find 32 oz one. I contacted the manufacturer...twice. The first time they didn’t respond at all and the second time they just sent me a link to the French press. So, they don’t stand behind their product. Who measures in .85 quart? So, if you’d like a nice looking but disposable French press, this will serve you well.
