disappointing pot

Very surprised at how poor the quality of the Stockpot is. The lid does not fit snuggly into the pot. The lid appears too large and has no seal around the top of pot. There is a visible space between lid and pot when lid is on pot. Because lid was upside down I did not realize this flaw until I had thrown out box or I would have definitely returned the pot. I also bought the 2 frying pans and they are very lightweight and are nonstick. I am concerned that they won't hold up and I see that handle is a plastic not silicone so cannot place these into the oven.
