Design is Great - Execution is Horrendous!!

So disappointed!! I Loved the design but the EXECUTION is terrible. Buckle is on the side with the bow and no matter how it gets buckled (long or short), the thing that shows up is the buckle! Should be on opposite sides. The material looks like plastic and puckers at the bottom seams. UGH!.
