beautiful purse but no adjustable strap

I got this purse as a gift for my sister she adored it but this handbag did not have an adjustable strap which caused us to have to return it. I hope Betsey comes out with more handbags with an adjustable strap!!! I loved the rhinestones and design. It just was not functional for her height.
