Bad Experience

When I opened the box my shoes were visibly smudged and dirty. I was surprised that Macy's employee would actually put a used pair of shoes in a box and shop it to a customer. I advise anyone who orders from them to open the box on the spot. I returned them immediately. I took pictures too. Thinking about posting them Facebook. The clerk I returned them to was appalled.

So comfortable

I wore these shoes for my bridal shower and wedding and they were perfect! So beautiful and the most comfortable heels I own! For my shower I stood in them for hours with no pain and on my wedding day I walked at least a mile for pictures and also wore them for hours and no pain. I highly recommend!!!

Love the Shoe But.......

The shoe looks as pictured but disappointed it came used and obviously worn before based on the bottoms. I bought them for a wedding I am in, and can't even return them because the wedding is to close for me to find another pair. Wouldn't have spent the full price if I knew the shoe was going to be used......

Poor quality

I was so excited to receive these shoes and then when I opened the package the box was completely smashed. I thought, ok the shoes could still be good. I was wrong. The shoes look like they have been worn before. They are stained in spots and the sole of the shoe is peeling off the bottom. I will absolutely be returning these.

GORGEOUS!

Absolutely gorgeous! Purchased for son's wedding and I can't wait to wear them:) I wear a 9 most of the time, 9.5 fit better.

Missing heart

Bought these shoes for my wedding and they fit perfectly, but I'm slightly disappointed that it's missing the heart at the bottom as shown on the picture. I know it's not noticeable, but that's one of the reasons I purchased the shoe... it's a small little detail that would look super cute on wedding pictures .
